Fecha de publicación: 16/09/2022 Fuente: WIPO "apis mellifera" A bee venom nanoparticles and process to prepare thereof composed of bee venom of Apis mellifera, synthesized by purifying bee venom converted to nanoparticles (BV NPs) using the hydrothermal method wherein solution of the BV prepared in a solvent such as ethanol and deionized water to form a homogeneous solution using an ultrasonic condition; to it applying the hydrothermal treatment at ~120 0C (4 Hrs) and stirring the solution continuously with the help of magnetic stirrer (~ 700 rpm, half an hour); to get the bee venom nanoparticles; further freeze-dried, stabilized with zeta potential, characterized, and confirmed through Transmission emission microscopy (TEM) shows spherical in size, and average particle size is 26 ± 2 nm, and further used for biomedical applications.
