The composition is prepared into a bee bait cloth strip which is placed on a swarm frame beam, and the bee bait in a bee hive is continuously supplied so as to effectively control varroa destructor in the swarm. According to the invention, honey and beewax are used as bait to induce bees, and the edible oil, vaseline and talcum powder are used as lubricants; and when the bell-shaped pulvillus at the tail end of varroa tarsus contacts with the bee body lubricated by the bee bait, the adsorption effect is lost due to the lubrication and the varroa drops so as to remove varroa and control the varroa damage. The composition provided by the invention adopts a physical method to remove varroa without chemical medicines, and does not hurt bees, influence swarm reproduction or stain the bee product and the like.
