The systems and methods include mapping application programming interfaces (APIs) to one or more applications, and based on the API mapping, determining a priority level for each of the applications. A network traffic volume for each of the APIs mapped to the applications is predicted. Based on the predicted network traffic volume and the priority level of each of the applications, the systems and methods determine a change window for taking the applications off-line.
