Said spheroids are formulated from at least an active substance, in particular a solution of vegetable origin, absorbed and/or adsorbed on a dry technological mixture based on hydroxypropyl solution with low substitution at the groups of the $g(b)-O-glucopyranosyl nucleus, preferably characterised by a substitution rate of about 11 % and a water-soluble fraction of about 4.29 %. The spheroids are obtained by an extrusion and spheronisation process. The invention is applicable in the fields of health, hygiene, dietetics, cosmetology, nutrition, agriculture and applicable to humans or animals.
