A rectifying circuit(120) converts the alternating voltage into a direct voltage. A filter circuit(130) smoothly filters the voltage rectified by the rectifying circuit. A constant voltage circuit(140) provides the filtered alternating voltage as a stabilized charging voltage. A USB(Universal Serial Bus) port(150) provides the stabilized charging voltage output from the constant voltage circuit to an external USB terminal(212).© KIPO 2004
