Blowing is interrupted and the first blowing mold partly opened to remove the first injection mandrel and leave the partly blown component(26) in the mold. A first blowing mandrel(25b) is then inserted into the first blowing mold and used to fully inflate t plastic component which is then removed with the first blowing mandrel. An Independent claim is made for an injection blow molding machine which uses the claimed process for production of plastic components(26).
