At a lower part of the access connector(21) a rotatory axis insertion hole(21b) is formed. A rotatory axis(22) penetrates the rotatory axis insertion hole(21b). As a protrusion portion penetrating the rotatory axis insertion hole(21b) is fixed to a rotatory axis position fixing part(23) formed in the lower part of a holder, the access connector(21) is rotated with the rotatory axis(22) in the center. An access connector groove(25) is formed in the holder.
