Formulation and method for preparing elementary units from fermented drink

The invention concerns elementary units capable of being absorbed by the human body based on fermented drink or juice, such as wine, obtained by a method comprising the following steps: obtaining a concentrate, a dry extract or a dry residue of a fermented drink or juice by evaporation; preparing a titrated intermediate technical solution from said dry extract or residue; moistening with said titrated solution an absorbing and adsorbing substance; shaping and dividing into individual units said moistened paste; drying the elementary units at a temperature non-destructive of the absorbed substance; calibrating the dried elementary units. The invention concerns the field of natural active principles, nutrients and food supplements.
