A CODEC(112) converts a transmitted analog signal(TXA) into a digital signal(PCM-TX), and converts a digital signal(PCM-RX) transmitted through the cable(111) into an analog signal(RXA). A switch(113) selectively switches the analog signal(RXA) transmitted from the cable(111) and the CODEC(112) according to a control of a switching select controller(123). An amplifier(114) amplifies the analog signal, and outputs the amplified analog signal to a speaker(101). A signal level detector(115) detects a level of the analog signal. An inverter(116) inverts an output signal of the signal level detector(115). A timer(117) keeps the output signal of the signal level detector(115) for a determined time. A switch(118) switches a power supplied from a battery according to the output signal of the timer(117). A power converter(119) converts the power applied from the switch(118) into a power suitable for a hands free kit. An amplifier(120) amplifies the analog signal inputted through a micro phone(102). A switch(121) is controlled by the output signal of the inverter(116), and switches the amplified analog signal. A switch(122) selectively switches the analog signal to the cable(111) and the CODEC(112) according to the switching select controller(123).
