In an embodiment, a method, for discovering an Application Program Interface (API) serving a User Equipment (UE) is disclosed. The method includes receiving, by a Common API Framework Core Function (CCF), a service API discover request message from an API invoker for determining one or more service APIs serving one or more User Equipment (UE). The service API discover request message comprises one or more UE IDs and a plurality of parameters associated with the one or more service APIs to be discovered. The method includes retrieving, by the CCF, a first service API information associated with the one or more UE IDs and the plurality of parameters from a memory. The method further includes transmitting to the API invoker, by the CCF, a service API discover response comprising the first service API information based on the service API discover request message.
