Use of a sulfamide derivative (I) or its salts, solvates or isomers, for the nontherapeutic care of skin. Use of a sulfamide derivative (I) of formula (R3>)(R4>)N-S(=O)(=O)(N)(R1>)(R2>) or its salts, solvates or isomers, for the nontherapeutic care of skin. Either R1>-R4>H or 1-10C (preferably 1-4C) alkyl (optionally substituted by 1-5 groups of OR5>, NR6>R7> or SiR8>R9>R10>; and 1-3C replaced by heteroatoms (N, S, O, Si or sulfonyl (SO2) e.g. O-SO2-NR6>R7>)); or NR1>R2>, NR3>R4>5-7 membered heterocycle (optionally substituted by 1-4 OH and/or NR6>R7>) (where the heterocycle is pyrrolidine, piperazine, morpholine, azepane, pyrazolidine, imidazolidine, oxazolidine or partially unsaturated derivatives of pyrrole, pyridine or pyrimidine); or N-(SO2)-N + ((R1>+R3>) or (R2>+R4>)) : 5-9 membered heterocycle (optionally substituted by 1-4 OH and/or NR6>R7> (1,2,5-thiadiazolidine 1,1-dioxide, 1,2,6-thiadiazinane 1,1-dioxide, 1,2,7-thiadiazepane 1,1-dioxide, 1,2,8-thiadiazocane 1,1-dioxide or 1,2,9-thiadiazonane 1,1-dioxide)); R6>, R7>H or 1-6C alkyl; R5>R6>, OR5>, PO4 or SO4; and R8>-R10>1-6C alkyl. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a sulfamide derivative (II) of formula R11>-NH-S(=O)2-NH-CH(R12 >)(SiR10>R9>R8>) and its salts, solvates or isomers; (2) a sulfamide derivative (III) of formula (NH2-S(=O)2-N(Ra13>)-CH2 -R13>) and its salts, solvates or isomers; (3) a sulfamide derivative (IV) of formula (Y-CH(OX)-CH2-N(R3>)-S(=O )2-N(R1>)-CH2-CH(OXa)(Ya)); (4) a cosmetic composition (A), comprising (I), (II), (III) or (IV) with the exception of N,N'-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)sulfamide; and (5) a process of cosmetic treatment for nontherapeutic care and/or skin make-up, comprises applying (A), comprising (I), (II), (III) and/or (IV) to the skin. R12>H, SiR8>R9>R10> or 1-9C alkyl (optionally substituted by 1-5 groups of OR5>, NR6>R7> or SiR8>R9>R10>; and optionally 1-3C replaced by heteroatom of N, S, O, Si or a sulfonyl group (SO2)); R11>1-6C alkyl (optionally substituted by 1-5 groups of OR5> or SiR8>R9>R10> or OSO2-NRRa); R13>1-9C alkyl (substituted by 1-5 groups of OR5>, NR6>R7> or O-SO2NRRa); Ra13>H or 1-4C alkyl; either X, Xa : R5>; and Y, Ya : H or CH2Z; or X+Xa : H; and Y+Ya : covalent bond; or -CH(Ya)(OXa), -CH(Y)(OX) : dimethyldioxolane; and Z : NH3, NR6>R7> or OR5>. Provided that, X, Xa, Y and Ya do not represent simultaneously a hydrogen atom.
