A dish prepared by cooking carrots with honey, dried fruit, almonds, duck stock, and alcohol. A cookery recipe named 'Carrottes au Miel et aux Amandes' giving a dish with a net weight of 10.5-12.75 kg is made from the following ingredients: carrots, between greater than 7 and less than 8 kg; fat, between greater than 0.05 and less than 0.2 kg; dried fruits, between greater than 0.4 and less than 0.78 kg; alcohol, between greater than 0.1 and less than 0.3 kg; dehydrated meat stock, between greater than 0.1 and less than 0.3 kg; honey, between greater than 0.15 and less than 0.5 kg; at least one seasoning agent, between greater than 0.03 and less than 0.15 kg; water, between greater than 2 and less than 3 kg.
