An independent claim is included for a method for the treatment of signs of inflammation and/or of immune disorders, or treatment of signs of irritation of the skin and/or of the scalp, or for protecting skin cells against damage caused by UV radiation, or for protecting cells against damage to their DNA, comprising applying the conditioned cell culture medium and/or its extract to the skin and/or the scalp of a person.
