The automatic aligning device for a workpiece has an improved alignment structure to automatically align a workpiece in order for the workpiece to be aligned in a row to pack the workpieces formed in a square shape by a piece when the workpieces are transferred and to transfer the workpiece at even speed. The automatic aligning device for a workpiece continuously supplying the square workpieces supplied in the multiple rows to a packing device comprises: a supply unit removing foreign substances of the workpieces and supplying the workpieces to one side; an automatic aligning unit receiving the workpiece from the supply unit and aligning the workpieces in one direction; a moving aligning unit moving the workpieces aligned by the aligning unit at fixed speed; a discharge aligning unit formed to be vertical to the moving aligning unit and moving and discharging one or more fixed numbers of the workpieces moved by being aligned, at the fixed speed; and a packing unit packing the one or more workpieces discharged from the discharge aligning unit. Therefore, according to the present invention, the automatic aligning device for a workpiece can continuously transfer the workpieces in a row in a process of supplying the workpieces formed in the square shape by being supplied in the multiple rows to the packing unit to pack the workpiece by the piece. Also, the automatic aligning device for a workpiece can improve productivity by packing the square workpiece by the piece as the workpieces are automatically aligned by the automatic aligning device and are supplied at the even speed in order by a discharge unit.
