Process characterized by the following stages: a) covering, with a resin or glue, the upper and lower surfaces of a support of the meshes which has a series of through apertures and which will be able to adopt diverse structures, in the manner of a lattice of interlaced battens, formed by a rigid metallic sheet with apertures made by punching or generally in the form of a honeycomb, reinforcing said covering and increasing the wall thickness of the cell structure over at least one face thereof; b) tightening a first mesh over one of the faces of the structure in honeycomb form, carrying the screen; c) tightening, in a similar manner, a second mesh over the first one, the tension in said second mesh being lower than that of the previous one, the two meshes then being secured in terms of position using glue or resin; and d) fixing, using glue or resin, a sheet of material with apertures to the other face of the structure of honeycomb form.
