Fecha de publicación: 22/09/2011 Fuente: WIPO "abeja" The invention relates to a cream for burns, obtained by frying a mixture comprising four components, namely: virgin olive oil, elder bark, peeled chestnuts and beeswax, wherein the elder bark is provided in the form of bark shavings and the chestnuts have first been peeled and cut into pieces. The cream contains, expressed as percent, between 18 and 23% virgin olive oil, between 13 and 18% elder bark shavings, between 42 and 50% peeled chestnuts, and between 15 and 21% beeswax, such that the resulting cream can provide immediate optimum results in terms of pain and stinging relief for burn patients, as well as ensuring effective recovery of the burnt area or surface, without leaving any scarring.
