The transplanter comprises a seedling feeding mechanism anda well cellar manufacturing mechanism which are arranged on a movable frame, the well cellar manufacturing mechanism comprises a lifting box fixedly connected with a lifting rod, and a rotatable holehead is arranged at the bottom of the lifting rod; the hole head is provided with a hollow inner cavity; an opening is formed at the top of the inner cavity; a water injection pipe is arranged at theopening of the inner cavity; and the outer wall of the hole head is provided with a drain hole communicated with the inner cavity. Therefore, the hollow inner cavity is formed in the rotating hole head, and a water inlet pipe is arranged at an upper opening of the inner cavity; the water injection pipe injects water into the inner cavity of the hole head; along with the rotation of the hole head,water in the inner cavity is thrown out from the drain hole, and water is injected into the well cellar while the well cellar is manufactured; water is thrown out from the drain hole and directly flows into the outer wall of the hole head and the acting position of the well cellar, the water content of the well cellar wall can be obviously improved, and soil plasticity is improved; and meanwhile,the friction between the hole head and soil is reduced, the well cellar quality is improved, and well cellar manufacturing energy consumption is reduced.
