The temperature and humidity integrated sensor is used for obtaining the temperature and humidity in a moisture regaining room. The spraying device comprises at least one nozzle. The water supply device comprises a first water tank for storing normal-temperature water, a second water tank for storing hot water and a fluid mixer. The gas supply device is used for providing high-pressure gas for the first water tank and the second water tank. The first water tank is communicated with the fluid mixer through a first water outlet pipe, the second water tank is communicated with the fluid mixer through a second water outlet pipe, the first water outlet pipe is provided with a first proportional valve, and the second water outlet pipe is provided with a second proportional valve. The fluid mixer is communicated with the nozzles through the spraying device, and the spraying device is provided with an electromagnetic valve. The temperature and humidity integrated sensor, the first proportional valve, the second proportional valve and the electromagnetic valve are all in communication connection with the controller. The tobacco moisture regaining control system can achieve accurate control over the temperature and the humidity in the moisture regaining room.
