Tobacco maturity on-line judgment method based on image processing technology

The invention discloses a tobacco maturity online judgment method based on an image processing technology. The tobacco maturity online judgment method comprises the following steps: 1) performing image acquisition on tobacco leaves with different maturity at the lower part/middle part/upper part of a tobacco plant in a maturity period; 2) carrying out online preprocessing on the acquired image soas to carry out filtering noise reduction and edge and contour extraction on the image; 3) carrying out feature value extraction on the preprocessed image on line; and 4) establishing a network end multi-classification model by taking the mean value and the standard deviation of the characteristic values as the input of a support vector machine, and finally determining the maturity grade of the tobacco leaves. According to the method, the maturity of the tobacco leaves can be recognized online before picking, expensive equipment does not need to be carried, the maturity of the tobacco leaves can be analyzed and judged online only by collecting images of the tobacco leaves through a mobile phone or a camera, and the requirement for the professional ability of a user is not high; by means ofthe method, it is guaranteed that the maturity result of each leaf before harvesting is accurately pre-judged, the efficiency is improved, and labor resources are saved.
