The invention provides a spray control device. The spray control device comprises a controller, a temperature and humidity integrated sensor, an air supply assembly, a water supply assembly, a water supply main pipe and a water supply branch pipe; the water supply assembly comprises a three-way proportional valve and a water pump, the first end of the three-way proportional valve is used for inputting hot water, the second end of the three-way proportional valve is used for inputting normal-temperature water, the third end of the three-way proportional valve communicates with a water inlet of the water pump, and a water outlet of the water pump communicates with the water inlet end of the water supply main pipe; the water supply branch pipe is in communication with the water outlet end of the water supply main pipe, a plurality of nozzles are arranged on the water supply branch pipe, and the gas supply assembly is used for providing gas with preset pressure for the water supply branch pipe; and the temperature and humidity integrated sensor is used for obtaining the temperature and humidity in a moisture regaining room, and the temperature and humidity integrated sensor and the three-way proportional valve are both in communication connection with the controller. Compared with a traditional moisture regaining device, the spray control device can shorten the moisture regaining time by 51% and reduce the tobacco leaf breakage rate by 2%; and the utilization efficiency of the moisture regaining room is improved and the economic efficiency of tobacco leaves is improved.
