The preparation method of the schisandra chinensis fruit extract comprises the steps of soaking schisandra chinensis fruits in an ethanol aqueous solution with the volume percentage content of 95% to obtain an extracting solution and residues, and then removing ethanol in the extracting solution to obtain the schisandra chinensis fruit extract. The schisandra chinensis fruit extract is applied to resisting tobacco mosaic virus or preparing tobacco mosaic virus resisting products. The schisandra chinensis fruit extract is used for inducing tobacco plants to generate antiviral resistance or preparing products for inducing the tobacco plants to generate the antiviral resistance. The schisandra chinensis fruit extract has the capability of inducing tobacco plants to generate tobacco anti-TMV (tobacco mosaic virus), and can inhibit the proliferation and movement of TMV in tobacco.
