The invention discloses a regulation and control method for high temperature and low humidity in a tobacco leaf blending process and a storage medium thereof. The method comprises the steps: when thetemperature is high and the humidity is low, interrupting the single-line closed-loop control over the wet bulb temperature, only reducing the dry bulb temperature, carrying out the ventilation and dehumidification, so as to maintain the content of moisture in the tobacco leaves; setting a high-temperature and low-humidity limit range, regulating and controlling the high-temperature and low-humidity process and regulating and controlling after high-temperature and low-humidity regulation is completed, wherein the high-temperature low-humidity limit range is as follows: the high temperature is1.0-3.0 DEG C higher than the dry temperature target, the low humidity is 0.5-2.5 DEG C lower than the humidity and temperature target, the high-temperature and low-humidity process regulation refersto interruption of single-line closed-loop regulation of humidity and temperature and only reduction of dry temperature; and the regulation and control after the high-temperature and low-humidity regulation refers to that the temperature and the humidity need to be stabilized after the high-temperature and low-humidity regulation meets the process parameter requirements.
