The invention belongs to the technical field of flue-cured tobacco modulation, and particularly relates to a primary curing process for high-density tobacco loading of flue-cured tobacco leaves. The process comprises a tobacco leaf yellowing stage, a tobacco leaf withering stage, a tobacco leaf color fixing stage and a tobacco leaf stem drying stage. The technical difficulty of the primary curing process is tobacco leaf moisture removal, and the tobacco leaf yellowing and drying are realized by adopting regulation and control means of low-humidity air moisture removal in a curing barn, moisture removal by temperature-controlled water and moisture removal by prolonging time at a key temperature point. The process has the advantages that the primary curing quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves is improved, the processing efficiency of flue-cured tobacco leaf primary curing equipment is improved, and the utilization rate of flue-cured tobacco leaf primary curing energy is increased.
