The invention provides a multi-section type tobacco leaf drying automatic control system and method.The system comprises a cold air door, a condenser, a tobacco containing chamber, a bypass air door, an evaporator, a dehumidification amount detection device and a controller, a drying medium is input into the input end of the cold air door, and the output end of the cold air door is communicated with the input end of the condenser; the output end of the condenser is communicated with the input end of the tobacco loading chamber, the output end of the tobacco loading chamber is communicated with the input end of the bypass air door, the first output end of the bypass air door is communicated with the evaporator, condensate water obtained through condensation and dehumidification of the evaporator is discharged into the dehumidification amount detection device, and the second output end of the bypass air door is communicated with the input end of the condenser; the dehumidification amount detection device continuously detects the condensate water discharge amount to obtain the dehumidification amount, and the controller controls the opening degree of the bypass air door according to the dehumidification amount and the tobacco leaf curing state. The drying temperature in the tobacco loading chamber can be intelligently adjusted, the optimal drying strategy is achieved, the optimal energy consumption mode is automatically matched, the energy efficiency is improved, and energy conservation and consumption reduction are achieved.
