IN1IN2 is a detection signal of the water temperature in a seedling-raising tray 1-2; D1 is an over-temperature display diode in the seedling-raising tray 1, D2 is an over-temperature display diode in the seedling-raising tray 2, an anode end of D3 is over-temperature protection output of the seedling-raising tray 1, an anode end of D4 is over-temperature protection output of the seedling-raising tray 2, and the anode ends of D3 and D4 are connected together to achieve a hardware isolation effect and serve as output of a whole protection signal OUT. The multi-path seedling-raising tray water temperature monitoring and protection circuit disclosed by the invention can provide multiple paths of temperature protection circuits at the same time, each circuit can perform over-temperature protection and output respective protection signals, and the output protection signals among the multiple protection circuits are isolated from each other by hardware without crosstalk; meanwhile, a multi-path display function is achieved, the over-temperature conditions in different seedling-raising trays can be displayed at the same time, an unattended seedling-raising environment is powerfully supported, and good economic purposes are achieved.
