The invention discloses a method for treating mildewed cigar tobacco leaves generated during fermentation. The method comprises the following steps: step S10, collecting mildewed tobacco leaves found during fermentation and pile turning; s20, after the moldy tobacco leaves are dried in the air or subjected to humidity control through a humidity removal machine till the water content of the tobacco leaves is 17%-19%, treatment feed liquid is evenly sprayed to the surface of each layer of tobacco leaves, and the tobacco leaves subjected to spraying treatment are stacked layer by layer and then subjected to stacking fermentation; the treatment feed liquid is prepared by mixing table vinegar with the vinegar concentration of 2% and an edible baking soda solution with the mass concentration of 2% according to the volume ratio of 1: 1; and step S30, stacking until fermentation is completed. By adopting the method, the moldy tobacco leaves can be effectively and reliably recycled. The tobacco waste proportion caused by mildewing can be effectively reduced, and the production cost is reduced.
