Method for screening cinnabar plant based on NtPIF1 gene expression level

The invention relates to a method for screening a cinnabar plant based on an NtPIF1 gene expression level. The gene is an NtPIF1 gene. The sequence of the gene is SEQ ID NO. 1; the method comprises the following steps: single plant listing and numbering, leaf sampling, RNA extraction and cDNA synthesis, gene expression level detection, and bagging and selfing seed collection. The invention discloses the method for screening the cinnabar tobacco plant by using the expression level of the NtPIF1 gene for the first time, the tobacco leaf does not need to be subjected to any treatment and is directly sampled and detected, and the roasted leaf of the screened plant shows obvious cinnabar characteristics.
