The invention discloses a method for screening biocontrol bacteria of tobacco bacterial wilt in a seedling stage. The method comprises the steps of tobacco seedling cultivation, bioassay preliminary screening, secondary screening, greenhouse potting and the like. According to the method, tobacco seedlings infected with the tobacco bacterial wilt are cultivated in a floating seedling cultivation mode, the tobacco seedlings are divided into a test group and a control group, the test group and the control group are inoculated with candidate biocontrol bacteria and an LB liquid culture medium respectively, inoculation of the tobacco bacterial wilt is carried out after 1-2 days, a seedling cultivation tray is placed in a greenhouse at the constant temperature of 28-30 DEG C for cultivation, andthe biocontrol bacteria with the disease control capacity are investigated and screened; the control effect is verified through a tobacco seedling bioassay method again, the number of the tobacco seedlings in each treatment group and the number of the tobacco seedlings in each control group are 6-16 during secondary screening, and the biocontrol bacteria with the obvious disease control capacityare screened; and finally, a potting test is carried out in the greenhouse, and the control effect of the biocontrol bacteria on the tobacco bacterial wilt is evaluated. By means of the method, the multiple biocontrol bacteria, with the non-antagonistic effect, of the tobacco bacterial wilt are obtained.
