The invention discloses a method for judging ash hanging of flue-cured tobacco by utilizing the stress resistance of tobacco leaf cells. The method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring normal tobacco leaf data; s2, calculating the stress resistance of normal tobacco leaf cells; s3, acquiring data of the stressed tobacco leaves; s4, calculating the stress resistance of the stressed tobacco leaf cells; and S5, judging: comparing the stress-resistant capability score of the stressed tobacco cells obtained in the step S4 with the stress-resistant capability score range of the normal tobacco cells obtained in the step S2 so as to judge whether the stressed tobacco leaves are subjected to ash hanging or not. The invention provides a model capable of quickly, scientifically and accurately calculating the anti-stress ability of tobacco leaf cells, and a method for predicting whether the tobacco leaves are coated with ash or not and predicting the ash hanging trend of the tobacco leaves. Whether the fresh tobacco leaves or the flue-cured tobacco leaves are coated with ash can be quickly and accurately predicted, so that technicians are helped to adjust field tobacco cultivation measures or a tobacco leaf flue-curing process in a flue-curing barn in time, and the loss rate of the tobacco leaves is reduced to the minimum.
