The invention relates to a method for determining the curing position of stem tobaccos in a curing barn based on the maturity of the stem tobaccos, and belongs to the technical field of tobacco leaf curing. According to the method, the maturity of the stem tobaccos is distinguished by combining machine vision technology with multi-classification mode recognition, and the curing position of the stem tobaccos in the curing barn is matched according to the maturity of the stem tobaccos. Firstly, front and back images of a to-be-baked tobacco stem are collected; then, maturity of the stem tobaccos is judged based on a stem tobacco maturity model; a corresponding baking position is recommended according to the maturity of the stem tobaccos; and finally, after the tobacco rods are placed in the corresponding positions in the curing barn, the next tobacco rod continues to be identified until all the tobacco rods are placed in the proper curing positions. The thermodynamic parameters of different spatial positions in the curing barn are associated according to the requirements of the tobacco leaves with different maturity degrees on the curing characteristics, the tobacco leaves with different maturity degrees are promoted to be cured under the corresponding relatively appropriate curing process conditions to the maximum extent, the fresh tobacco leaves with different qualities are cured to have the best quality, accurate curing of the tobacco leaves is achieved. The quality difference of the cured tobacco leaves is reduced.
