A method for analyzing all-component chemical fingerprints of cigarette mainstream smoke particulate matters comprises the following steps: (1) pre-treating a sample, trapping the cigarette mainstream smoke particulate matters through a Cambridge filter, (2) transferring the smoke particulate matters into a solution through dichloromethane extraction, and (3) collecting all-component chemical fingerprints of the cigarette mainstream smoke particulate matters. (3) adding a silanization reagent into the concentrated extracting solution to improve the response sensitivity and stability of the acid compound; and (4) finally, carrying out gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis on the silanized mixed solution. According to the method, during sample treatment, separation of acidic, alkaline and neutral fractions is not carried out, only a silanization reagent is added into a concentrated extracting solution, the response sensitivity and stability of an acidic compound on a non-polar chromatographic column are improved, the method is simple, rapid and accurate, only one-time sample injection is needed, and the method is simple and convenient to operate. And acidic, alkaline and neutral compounds in the cigarette smoke particulate matters can be analyzed at the same time.
