The material collecting device comprises a rack, wherein a storage mechanism used for product falling is arrangedon the rack, and comprises a material collecting box plate, opening and closing assemblies and material collecting bottom plates; the material collecting box plate is fixed to the rack; the opening and closing assemblies are arranged on the two opposite side walls of the material collecting box plate; the material collecting bottom plates are arranged on the same sides of the pair of opening and closing assemblies; and the pair of material collecting bottom plates are driven by the opening and closing assemblies to oppositely move to close the lower portion of the material collecting box plateor reversely move to open the lower portion of the material collecting box plate. The opening and closing assemblies drive the pair of material collecting bottom plates to close or open the materialcollecting box plate, the product storage action or the discharging action is achieved, and the better product discharging bin storage adjusting function is achieved.
