Abstract:India is a developing country, the majority of its population belong to the rural area, and their primary job is agriculture.Even in 2020, the majority of Indian farmers use traditional tools for agriculture such as plough, sickle, etc.This leads to the wastage of energy and manpower and less yield per capita labour force. Illiterate farmers find it difficult to perfectly plant the crop based on the requirements like area, land type...etc. In order to overcome the above problem, we plan to develop and implement the Drone for farming-'MANDRONE'. This Mandrone will plant crops like paddy, onion, tobacco, chilli, tomato and all types of saplings and seeds . It consists of a bottom tray,left and right extension. The bottom tray will carry the saplings and seeds.Conveyor belt for splitting of plants one by one and feeding it to the extension.The left and right exlension plant the saplings in the soil. AI{ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE) and image processing techniques arc used to plant crops using mandrone.These operations are together performed by cloud. The area size ,type of crops and further parameters can be set in the Mandrone by a smartphone. Depending on the area and type of the crop, the Mandrone will analyse and predict how many crops needed for the particular space and the time taken to complete planting. Also the Mandrone helps the fanners to analyse the fertility of the soil and give an idea for choosing suitable plants for the soil.Mandrone uses solar energy and battery as an energy to fly.The three main advantages of this project is less manpower, time consumption and suitable for ail land types. By implementing this Mandrone, we will be able to provide the solution which would benefit the farmers and make their fanning even better and smarter.
