The field tobacco hyperspectral image data is acquired in real time through the unmanned aerial vehicle; coordinate loading is carried out on the hyperspectral image data, and a corresponding original spectral curve is extracted and processed; obtaining a field sample tobacco leaf total nitrogen content estimation value, and constructing a field tobacco leaf total nitrogen content prediction model according to the field sample tobacco leaf total nitrogen content estimation value in combination with the spectral characteristic curve; for large-area field tobacco leaves, compared with most traditional indoor tobacco leaf observation and research, only hyperspectral data of the tobacco leaves need to be obtained, the total nitrogen content of the tobacco leaves can be estimated through the constructed model, and the method for constructing the model is simple in calculation, high in practicability, rapid, high in practicability and suitable for large-scale popularization and application. And large-area damage to tobacco plants is also reduced.
