The hybridoma cell strain can secrete a monoclonal antibody of a tomato spotted wilt virus, and the monoclonal antibody can be applied to preparation of an immuno-gold label rapid-test card. A method comprises the following steps: 1. purifying a recombinant protein of the tomato spotted wilt virus; 2. immunizing a rabbit withthe purified recombinant protein of the tomato spotted wilt virus, so as to obtain a polyclonal antibody; 3. immunizing a mouse with the purified recombinant protein of the tomato spotted wilt virus,then, preparing the monoclonal antibody through cell fusion and cloning screening, finally, preparing ascitic fluid of the mouse, and carrying out purification, so as to obtain a tomato spotted wilt virus monoclonal antibody of the mouse; and 4. carrying out paired screening, so as to obtain paired monoclonal antibodies and polyclonal antibodies which are applied to the immuno-gold label rapid-test card. Therefore, the hybridoma cell strain has the advantage that the immuno-gold label rapid-test card can be applied to rapid, on-site and sensitive detection on the tomato spotted wilt virus.
