The invention discloses a flue-cured tobacco cultivation management method for relieving drought stress and a flue-cured tobacco baking method for relieving drought stress. According to the managementmethod, OSiF and ABA solutions are applied to flue-cured tobacco plants which are not drought yet according to weather forecast conditions for prevention; grade identification is carried out on the drought flue-cured tobacco plants and the drought flue-cured tobacco plants are divided into three grades; the OSiF and ABA solutions with different concentrations are applied according to the primarydrought identification grade of the tobacco plants; 3-5 days after secondary application, the tobacco plants are subjected to drought grade identification again and are divided into first-grade tobacco plants and second-grade tobacco plants; and the OSiF and ABA solutions with different concentrations are correspondingly applied according to the grade of secondary drought identification of the tobacco plants. The baking method comprises the steps of yellowing, color fixing and tendon drying. According to tobacco plants with different drought degrees, the OSiF and ABA solutions with proper concentrations are applied to relieve the drought degree, and the problem of field flue-cured tobacco drought caused by factors such as drought weather, over-high temperature, over-low air humidity and over-low soil humidity in a flue-cured tobacco field is solved.
