The invention discloses a fertilizing method for increasing cherry-red tobacco proportion through co-application of iron, manganese and magnesium. The method specifically comprises the following stepsthat A, base fertilizer application is carried out, specifically, 17-20 days before cherry-red tobacco transplanting, special compound fertilizer for tobacco and decomposed farmyard manure are applied in a mixed mode and are buckled into the bottoms of ridges by combining ridging, wherein the application amount of the special compound fertilizer for the tobacco is 360-480 kg/ha, and the application amount of the farmyard manure is 12000-18000 kg/ha; and B, topdressing application is carried out, specifically, topdressing comprises common chemical fertilizer topdressing and medium trace element fertilizer topdressing, and topdressing of 540-720 kg/hm of the special compound fertilizer for the tobacco and 30-35 kg of 51% potassium sulfate is carried out for three times 15-60 d after cherry-red tobacco transplanting; and topdressing of 30-36 mg of iron fertilizer, 18-24 g of magnesium fertilizer and 40-60 mg of manganese fertilizer is carried out for each tobacco plant 60-70 d after cherry-red tobacco transplanting. The method has the advantages that the problem of the sensitivity of cherry-red tobacco to the iron fertilizer, the manganese fertilizer and the magnesium fertilizer can be effectively solved, the conversion of nicotine in cherry-red tobacco leaves can be promoted, the cherry-red tobacco proportion can be increased, and the blank of field fertilization management of the cherry-red tobacco can be filled up.2>
