The device comprises a topping assembly and a bud picking assembly. When the device is used, a limiting clamping jaw mechanism extends to a position, close to the top, of the tobaccos, a first driving mechanism drives a first clamping jaw and a second clamping jaw to move towards the trunk of the tobacco, thefirst driving mechanism stops acting after the trunk of the tobacco touches pressure sensors, the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw fix the trunk of the tobacco, at the moment, a second driving mechanism drives a first blade and a second blade to move oppositely, when the pressure sensors on the contact faces of a first tool apron and a second tool apron make contact, the tobacco terminal bud is cut off, a third driving mechanism drives the first tool apron and the second tool apron to ascend to expose a cut in the top end of the tobacco; at the moment, a peristaltic pump conveysa bud inhibitor to an atomizing spray head, the atomizing spray head uniformly sprays the bud inhibitor to the cut of the tobacco and the trunk near the cut, and one-time topping and bud picking operation is completed. The device for simultaneously topping and bud picking has the advantages of being convenient to operate and even in bud inhibitor spraying, the work efficiency is improved, and thetopping and bud picking effects are optimized.
