The invention relates to the technical field of tobacco redrying, in particular to a cinnabar tobacco redrying method which comprises the following steps: sequentially performing vacuum moisture regaining and hot air leaf moistening on cinnabar tobacco with different incoming material moisture; allowing the cinnabar smoke treated in the step S1 to be subjected to stem and leaf separation; and redrying the tobacco leaves after stem-leaf separation by adopting an arc constant temperature method, and cooling and dampening the tobacco leaves. According to the characteristics of cinnabar tobaccos and the'flexible 'processing principle, the upper cinnabar tobaccos and the middle cinnabar tobaccos are treated through the procedures of vacuum moisture regaining, hot air leaf moistening, arc constant-temperature redrying and the like, the redrying method pays attention to aroma and color preservation, the influence of high temperature and high humidity on the inherent quality of the tobaccos is reduced, and the natural characteristic aroma of the cinnabar tobacco leaves is prevented from being damaged and lost to the greatest extent. Therefore, according to the redrying method disclosed by the invention, the characteristic aroma of glutinous rice aroma of the cinnabar smoke is kept to the greatest extent, the sensory quality and the availability of the redried cinnabar smoke are improved, and the economic effect is improved.
