The invention relates to an automatic turbulent flow heat dissipation and ash removal device for smoke in a heat dissipation pipe of a bulk curing barn. According to the device, a middle column type spiral ash remover is arranged in a radiating pipe; the ash removing device is composed of a middle column and a spiral ash removing piece. The spiral ash removal piece is welded to the middle column,one end of the middle column is fixed to the bottom of the heat dissipation pipe, the other end of the middle column extends out of the heat dissipation pipe, shaft sleeves are installed at the two ends of the middle column, the shaft sleeve extending out of one end of the heat dissipation pipe is connected with a motor rotating shaft, and the motor is connected with the automatic control device through a wire. The automatic control device controls the motor to drive the middle column type spiral ash remover to do circular motion in the heat dissipation pipe, and smoke turbulence and ash removal are achieved. PI control or PID control is adopted for automatic control. Compared with existing manual mechanical ash removal, the device has the advantages of being low in construction cost, lowin modulation cost and capable of saving energy and labor cost, and is suitable for intensive modulation equipment of different types of metal heat dissipation pipes.
