The invention provides application of enteromorpha polysaccharide in promoting formation of a bacillus biofilm, and belongs to the technical field of microorganisms. The bacillus comprises one or more of bacillus subtilis, bacillus velezensis and bacillus amyloliquefaciens, and the enteromorpha polysaccharide remarkably promotes the film forming ability of the bacillus. The invention further provides a bacillus inoculant, the bacillus inoculant comprises bacillus and enteromorpha polysaccharide, and the enteromorpha polysaccharide can enable the bacillus to be rapidly and effectively planted at crop rhizosphere, so that the inoculant prepared by combining the enteromorpha polysaccharide and the bacillus can remarkably promote plant growth; furthermore, an effective way is provided for reducing the application of chemical pesticide fertilizer and promoting the sustainable development of agriculture.
