The alcohol-based fuel is prepared by the following steps of:dissolving potassium chloride in water and glycerol, and stirring and mixing to obtain a solution A; taking a methanol and ethanol mixed solution, and stirring and mixing to obtain a solution B; and carrying out constant-temperature water bath on the solution B, adding the solution A into the solution B under low-speed stirring, then adding n-hexanol and formic acid, and continuing stirring to obtain the alcohol-based fuel. The baking method takes the alcohol-based fuel for tobacco baking as a baking fuel, and comprises the steps of harvesting, charging, yellowing period control, color fixingperiod control and stem drying period control. The alcohol-based fuel provided by the invention solves the problems of environmental pollution, slow initial temperature rise and unstable later combustion in baking of traditional fuel coal. According to the baking method disclosed by the invention, the baking temperature of each stage is accurately controlled by optimizing the tobacco baking process according to the characteristics of quick and stable temperature rise of the alcohol-based fuel, so that the phenomena of black tobacco and green tobacco easily occurring in traditional baking are effectively avoided, and the appearance quality of tobacco leaves is improved.
