The invention relates to an air source heat pump curing barn with a heat storage function and a modulation control method of the air source heat pump curing barn. A heat storage layer formed by mixingphase change paraffin with different melting points is arranged on the bottom face of a tobacco containing chamber and the bottom face of a heat supply chamber. Ceramic heat storage balls are furtherplaced on the paraffin heat storage layer. The different melting points are as follows: the proportions of different paraffin phase change heat in different stages of the tobacco leaf blending process in the total heat are as follows: the yellowing stage accounts for 5%; the withering period accounts for 15%; the color fixing period accounts for 50%; and in the stem drying period, the content is30%, wherein the total heat is not less than 4200 kilocalories. Paraffin with different melting points in the paraffin heat storage layer comprises, by mass, 5% of C21H44 in the yellowing stage; in the withering period, C22H46 accounts for 15%; in the color fixing period, C26H54 accounts for 50%; in the stem drying stage, C31H64 accounts for 30%. During power failure, the method comprises the steps that the air inlet door is slightly opened in time, and the moisture removal window is fully opened. The problem that tobacco leaves are damaged due to cooling and humidifying caused by power failure of an air source heat pump curing barn is solved.
