The invention relates to an air source heat pump curing barn energy-saving control method, a storage medium and an energy-saving curing barn. The method comprises the steps that 1) temperature and humidity sensors are arranged in a material chamber, an evaporator and an external air environment; 2) a controller collects temperatures and humidities; 3) the controller controls an air distribution device to distribute part of air flow of damp and hot air in the material chamber and a heat supply chamber, then the air flow enters a condenser, and internal circulation is conducted after the part ofair flow is heated, and the other part of air flow enters the evaporator after being subjected to air distribution, and is discharged or subjected to internal circulation after being subjected to heat absorption and dehumidification by the evaporator; 4) controlling is conducted in one of four modes of temperature rise, temperature stabilization, dehumidification and humidity stabilization according to a control target; and 5) the controller compares and utilizes temperature and humidity parameters of the evaporator and the external air environment according to the control target, and open type modulation of airflow external circulation or closed type modulation of airflow internal circulation is achieved. According to the method, optimal utilization of the curing barn and external energyis achieved, energy conservation and heat stability are good, and temperature and humidity control is accurate.
