The invention also provides a transgenic vector, a transformant, a kit and a method obtained based on the primer. After a transformant transgenic tobacco plant obtained by transforming the recombinant vector obtained by the transgenic primer disclosed by the invention is transformed, the chloride ion content in the transgenic tobacco plant body can be greatly reduced, and the highest reduction rate is close to 70%.
