The stomatal opening degree of wild tobacco is 0.3992, the stomatal opening degree of a transgenic plant (OE) based on the overexpressed stomatal opening degree regulation factor NtMYB184 gene is 0.4673, and the stomatal opening degree of the transgenic plant is increased by about 17% compared with that of the wild tobacco, which shows that the overexpressed stomatal opening degree regulation factor NtMYB184 gene can increase the stomatal opening degree. Therefore, the tobacco stomatal opening regulation factor NtMYB184 has a relatively great application prospect in the aspect of regulating the tobacco stomatal opening.
