The SNP molecular marker provided by the invention can be used for preparing a tobacco genotyping reagent, a tobacco breeding liquid phase chip and a kit, and can be applied to genetic diversity analysis, genetic map construction, parent material evaluation, gene/QTL positioning, marker-assisted background selection and the like, so that rapid, efficient and low-cost genotyping is realized; powerful technical support is provided for tobacco molecular breeding work.
