According to the tobacco seed thresher, a threshing bin is mounted on the upper portion of a housing, a threshing roller is mounted in the threshing bin, an arc-shaped sieve is mounted at the bottom of the threshing bin, a tobacco capsule threshing teeth and capsule residue guide teeth are mounted on the threshing roller, pulleys are mounted on sliding rails inside the housing and on both sides of a vibration frame of a screening device, a coarse sieve plate, a fine sieve plate and a seed collection plate are respectively mounted on the vibration frame from top to bottom through insertion, a coarse impurity outlet, a fine impurity outlet and a seed outlet are designed in the back of the housing, a movable connecting rod is mounted at the bottom of the vibration frame and connected to an eccentric wheel of a gearbox at the lower portion of the housing, and the gearbox is connected to a motor. By means of the technical scheme, the tobacco seed thresher achieves synchronous seed threshing and sieving, is easy to replace and clean the coarse sieve plate and the fine sieve plate, can thresh and screen tobacco seeds of different varieties and sizes through coarse sieve plates and fine sieve plates of different models and is easy to move due to moving wheels mounted on the thresher.
