The method includes: after well cleaning seed bags used each year for collecting seeds; 1, maintaining humidity of cotton seed bags, disposing the cotton seed bags in a high-pressure cooker, boiling for 20-30 minutes, cooling prior to taking cloth bags out, drying in the sun, storing and reusing; or 2, soaking nylon net bags or cotton seed bags in chemical killing agent such as Yubao, Simeidi, paraquat and Tenoran for 4 days, wherein mass ratio of soaking liquid is water to killing agent >/=100, taking out prior to rinsing with clean water, drying in the sun, storing and reusing. By the tobacco seed bag recycling method, seeds adhered on the cloth bags or the nylon net bags can be well killed, so that original usability of the bags is maintained for recycling. The tobacco seed bag recycling method is simple, small in financial and manpower input, and capable of saving seed reproduction cost and reducing expenditure.
