Tobacco petal metabonomics analysis method based on gas chromatographic mass spectrometry

The invention discloses a tobacco petal metabonomics analysis method based on gas chromatographic mass spectrometry. The tobacco petal metabonomics analysis method comprises a sample pretreatment step, a chromatographic mass spectral separation step, a metabolite structure identification step, a quantitative metabolite analysis step and a data analysis step. A tobacco petal polar metabolite and a nonpolar metabolite are respectively extracted by adopting a polar solvent and a nonpolar solvent, all metabolites acquired by the gas chromatographic mass spectrometry are qualitatively identified by adopting a retention index and a mass spectral spectrum database, and all acquired metabolites are quantitatively analyzed by adopting a non-target quantitative analysis method. By adopting the method, an important reference is provided for carrying out relevant research of the tobacco petal metabonomics.
